Sorry but no, it's a different one. Chris' one is still floating around with Mista Bitzey's sign writing on it & 35's etc.

His one was also a 1990. Currently he is building another monster of a Pajero.

There was one a few months back with a 302 Ford in it. A 1st gen one like these but it was exceptionally tidy and was for sale at a dealer.

I have a few Pajero parts on there myself for sale, it is quite good however the market has become cluttered with pajero's over here and any value has dropped out of them, same as Surf's, Discovery's, Terrano's etc

Nice idea, shame about the wheels too.

I've often thought about an engine swap if my 3.0 V6 dies a horrible death. Especially seeing I've had prices up to $3500.00 AUD for a reco 3.0lt.
Here in OZ it'd have to be an injected motor from a vehicle no older than the vehicle it's going into, unless it runs dedicated LPG.

Slotting the engine in would be the easy part for me. Fabricating engine mounts, sumps, not a problem. The first headache would be the wiring. I haven't even given the auto/transfer case a thought yet.

Yeah, thats the hard part, but not so hard if you use the auto that comes with the V8 (& not the Paj auto). Only problem then is mating the Paj transfer case to the new auto.

But that NZ vehicle at least shows it can be done.

(hope he didnt turn it into a 2wd only!))
