Injectors aren't that hard. they are like a spark plug in a Petrol engine, but instead of a flexable hose, it has a steel pipe to deliver the diesel.
TO do that its just a matter of removing the steel pipe that delivers the fuel and then unscrew the injector from the head
the Pump will be harder. It should simply be hoses to deliver the fuel from the tank, pipes going to the injectors, throttle cables and the timing belt or gear, depends what the SD33 uses to time the pump
You will need to get access to the timing system so you can remove the belt or gear, the unbolt the unit from the housing. You will need to get the timing right when installing the new pump
Also note that the reason pumps are starting to leak these days are because of the low sulpher diesel out and are drying out the seals.

apart from the obvious hoses, there is only four bolts, be aware though that it is timed and will need to be removed and new one added acording to this, just undo bolts remove cover, turn engine by hand untill marks line up, your injectors need to be tentioned to 110-115 newton metre's on a torque wrench when tightening up. there are a number of washers that'll need to be replaced on the head that sit under the injectors, they are copper and can be purchased from a diesel injection shop, cheaply.
It might be worth your while to get the spray pattern of injectors checked at same shop, otherwise you might be wasting your time

also do yourself a favour and unbolt all fuel lines from pump to injectors and remove as a whole unit, then put it somewhere safe so it retains shape, cause one wrong bend and it's f@#*ed. good luck!
