I have heard so much about this 5 link setup for GQ's but i still can't seem to find out what it is, how it works and how its setup. I also would love to know the advantages of the 5 link over the currant setup in the GQ.
Thanks guys
PS any diagrams on how the 5 link goes in so i can see the idea behind it would be great
thanks again

have a look at the back axle in GQ or GU and you'll understand em heaps.
Basically there are 5 links ( arms) to the chassis from the axle instead of the usual 3 as standard. Offers more chance to flex but some say less stability on road.

Ok, so kinda like a rear setup for the front, sounds interesting, really i ain't into on road driving with it atm, its just an offroader.
so a 5 link might be a good option for me

The calbah 5 link in my GQ is great off road and just as great on road (better than factory) and its about 14" above std.
