Power

This might seem like a stupid question but does anyone know some ways to get more power out of a 2.8 Diesel other then fitting a turbo. I already have extractors
there is not a lot you can do. exhaust, air inlet (hi flow air filters), maybe gain a bit fine tuning cam timing, maybe a bit more with hi flow valves.
really the only way would be forced induction (super charger or turbo) or LPG fumigation.
