GQ V8 Bellhousing Conversion

Hi has anyone used the Bellhousing Conversion that Castlemaine Rod Shop sells?( Part No. BH78 www.rodshop.com.au ) Its to put a Chev SB or turbo pattern Holden V8 into a GQ... I spoke to them and was told it is designed to use the Nissan Clutch Assembly all you need to do is get the Chev/Holden Flywheen drilled to take the Nissan Clutch.
My main concern is, What is the clapping pressure of the Nissan clutch with the STD 10.75 inch Clutch plate compared to the Chev 11 inch Clutch?
or do you think I could use the Nissan Clutch Plate (10.75") with a Chev 11" Pressure Plate? I wonder if the clutch fork will have enough travel to
engage and disengage the Chev pressure plate? I think the nissan throw out bearing will be big enough.
Any thoughts
