I would go 3rds too. I currently have the snake racing ones but have already bent one.

The 3rds ones look heaps stronger when put side by side.

Cheers Mick.

Are these exactly same length as stock? Was thinking the other day the bottom one can do witha very slight increase in length. Anybody tried this?

OK, figures. So those of you who have these what length have you ended up with. I need to make a set but don't want to go adjustable. Too much effort and gets expensive. Cannot buy them over here. It would be great help to know if you guys stayed at stock length or if its longer and what length you ended up with after all the adjustment. I did a fixed length on my rear panhard as well. Lifted the vehcle, centred the axle and measured and then made the panhard. Worked out to about AUS$30 for materials and thats it.

I built mine 17mm longer than standard & was going to have adjustable uppers. Never got round to the uppers and everything seems to work fine. Why 17mm? - was a figure I heard being used around the place so I used it. Made it easier to fit the big bore shocks tho.

Thanks, will start there. Am fitting 35's soon, at last. Thought if I lengthen the lowers all I need to do is chop the rear guards some and should fit.

I reckon the only way is to make them yourself.

Bushs and rings from 3rd's and 50x25 MS round tube. They're easy to do and shouldn't bend.
