Link rods: Where can you get old bushes removed/replaced?

Anyone know where I could get some bushes removed and new ones with a different internal diameter pressed in somewhere in SE Melbourne. I am needing to go from a 17 mm bolt size down to a 14 mm in a couple of 4Way (Tough Dog) adjustable diff locators (originally) for a Hilux.

if you mean the pandhard rods. you can put them in a vice and a strong screwdriver or lever and put it in the bush and lever it out. then to put it in use some rubber grease on it and use the vise put press it in and tap it till its even.

Thanks but what I'm after is the steel inserts that go in the bush assy. I worked out that they aren't to difficult to actually remove. Need to go with 26mm O.D. and whatever the diameter of a standard metric 17mm (AF) thread is I.D. (??12 mm??)
