driveshaft spline engagement

How much spline engagement at ride height do most standard driveshafts have? i've stretched my wheelbase and have one that might work... depending on the answer to this question of course ;)

couldn't really say for sure but you'd think that an inch or two would be plenty, just more gotta worry about it falling out when flexing dont you?

as much as possiable provieded it doesnt bottom out when it reaches the shortest distance in its range of movemeent?

its normally between 25 and 35 mm of spline thats is visible or the same distance from the end of ur slip yoke to the shoulder of the spline.
