Outer Limits 4x4 Board

I am currently trying to rebuild my sills (so i can actually open the doors) and get it road legal again, and can't work out quite what it used to look like.

Does the inner sill (ie the part facing the chassis) come straight down off the floor pan or does it bulge out towards the middle of the car and then go towards the seam in the middle of the sill...

Has anyone got some high(ish) res photos of the inner and outer sills they could send me?
