i agree cross slope will be the big test off road, how big tyres are you running is there a need to go 6" why no a 4".

rolling is easy if you are giving it enough, i rolled my single cab lux 3 weeks ago on bitumen going through a round about, doing no more than 40 km/h.. has bout 6 inch's of lift and 35's, gq diffs now going in for width, wheel track is just too narrow.

I met a guy (and saw the truck) earlier in the week that rolled a stock standard one.

Blames his stupidity and speed … not the truck.

The big question is WHY do you need to go that high?
I have fitted 35s under my IFS lux with 0 susp lift and just a 40mm body lift (with a bit of trimming :) )

Yeah Dave do tell. Was it too many brown lemonades or just bad luck  Looks like a good job.

Yeah had been drinking a phew(well a heap actually)....was at LCMP, was just after it had been raining at was about 11pm at night....going down the first descend of Club Rally....took a wrong line, front passenger side dropped into a hole, and the rear started to slide around (was slippery from the rain)....and over it went....rolled two and a bit times, then hit a tree on the passenger side, knocking it back onto its wheels, still running. Had 4 people in the car, none had seatbelts on, two were in the back lying on a mattress......amazingly nobody was hurt.....All just had some bruises. Learnt my lesson about drinking driving, and still can't believe how lucky we were, definitely my stupidest moment.

Wow, good story Dave. You're right, you were very lucky no one was hurt. So can you tell us more about what the 2 were doing on the mattress in the back? And while we're at it, if it was 2 ladies................pics?

bwaahahaha.....I wish.....I was sleeping in the rear of the 4runner that night, so had my mattress and shit all set up in the back....it stopped raining, and some bright spark thought it'd be a good idea to go 4x4ing......was my missus and a mate in the back, and me and another mates missus up front.....

The two girls wouldn't get back in the truck after it, and walked back to camp, while me and my mate did the rest of Club Rally, was great to not have to worry about panel damage anymore.

Went back the next morning, and found this classic tyre mould in the mud

similer thing happend to a mate i looked in my mirror as he came round the round about on 2 wheels over it went and it was a write off saged stock springs 31's 2nd gear in 2.8d not giving it to it.
