Hi Everyone,

I have a toyota surf and want to put some new tyres on it, the tyres say 235/75 R15.

I dont know alot about tyres but i think that this is a standard car size and would like to know what i need to look for to replace these with four wheel drive tyres.

Also what tyres would you reccomend, it is not a daily driver and we will not be doing hardcore driving so would like something towards the aggresive end of all terrain.

Also if anyone can suggest what i should be paying that would be great.

thanks in advance

Brett

235/75/15 is also a 4wd tyre size - you can get muddies in this. It's the equivalent of 29".

If you're using it for offroad you may wish to consider a little bit larger. Are there any other tyre option sizes on there (eg 7.50R16 or 31x10.5x15)?

If it's not a daily driver then you can look at muddies. There are some better all terrains which might meet your requirements too, but most people here who have experienced soem mud will point out thta all terrain tyres dont actually work well in mud so they're not all terrrain tyres

31" Goodyear Wrangler MT/R's :D
or you can get 30", if you wanted to stay a bit closer to stock size.
