Currrently have two lightforce XGT's on the bullbar. Was thinking about running another two on the roof/roofrack. Maybe 2 pencil on the roof and 2 spread on the bar.
Does anyone run this sort of setup and how much improvement did it make.
Also, for all you people who sell the HID conversion kits, would you sell an already converted set. Wouldn't mind going this way but don't want to mod them myself.

What sort. Lightforce?
what would be a ball park figure for lightforce, working on about $450 for the lights plus your fee?

What exactly is "ballast" in an HID light?
I know what it is in shipping terms etc. but exactly what has that got to do with lights?

It keeps the spark going in the bulb... hence producing the light..
It's coz they run at some insane voltage

nope not lightforce, supervision- the ones on ebay says supervision pffft when its clearly states xennonvision on the box. supervision is a well know brand over in asia and is a registered trademark. its what im currently use/trust and sell.
u can think of the ballast as a tranformer stepping up the voltage to power the xennon bulbs. its just like downlights, they require tranformers too. these basicly run high voltage/low current, compared to your standard bulb that runs on low voltage/high current.
chunkz- ur a funny one mate, im gunna get myself a set and continously turn them off and on, leave them burning constantly over a week or two. might dunk it in water now and then. inspect the build quality etc etc. they should use the same kits as the ones im selling now so i dont think ill have any problems with them. just hope the spotlight build and the rest of it is good. dont worry my first group buy will be close to the cost price anyways, i like to ditch out large numbers at cost price and get feedback, when i know they are reliable thats when i'll start retailing them. And i will provide warranty with the group buy so rest assured.

A set of XGT's that are already converted to HID?
Yes. Can do. Either your XGT's or a brand new set.
New XGT's: Around $475.00
New 42 watt kits: Around $330.00
Thats a ball park figure without any labour or freight...
