The dropped hanger fixes up some castor problems.

I take it u already have histeer or crossover??

I have rear leaves in the front of mine with a few taken out of the pack. It bows the opposite direction a little.
I have histeer, with the double arm setup.
What i had to do was, cos of the amount of sag, i dropped the front hanger about 4" and took it forward another 1"
Also had to extend bumpstops, If i didnt do this under full compression on the pass. side the top draglink would hit the chassis bigtime.

Got pics if ur not sure what im talking about...

Cheers
