Just wanted to know how many people have broken xfer cases (standard no reduction gears in wt 1.3 sierra's) and how much power did there zooks have. Will 300hp blow it up?

the tcase will take it for quite a while but the bearings will die eventually.
i have had a 300+hp 13b racing beat peripheral port and 12a auto in front of one and could blow the jackshaft unis on command.
then had a 202 holden with trimatic and 1.8:1 reduction unit and to make it worse a 4000rpm stall convertor, and it took all that torque!!!

the poor thing

I'd be fitting a case ring to try and prevent the thing trying to self destruct.
