On Board Air (a/c)

Just researching at this stage; Am looking at a converted a/c compressor, I'm thinking that I wouldn't mind going with the york compressor as opposed to a suzuki unit for a reasons...
1. I figure they'll be hard to find (suzuki units) given that not many zooks came out with them
2. York compressors have a sump, so there's no need to have an inline oiler, which should hopefull cut costs (slightly) and apparently they don't leak oil into the air line which would then need to be removed with an oil/air separator, again bumping up the cost.
3. (apparently) York compressors aren't too hard to find...
I realise that the suzuki one would be easier to fit because you could get factory brackets etc, so I am still tossing up on that one.
The point of this post is that I have found on zook with conversion done here, http://www.cardomain.com/ride/206915/4 and I'm tryin to fidgure out how it had been done - I reckon it must have been bolted to the bottom of the block, but what do you reckon that top pully is for? Would it be best to try to use a longer belt over everything?
Anyway, these are the pics and I know that they're not overly clear, but they're the biggest that there was.

Also, I would probably run without an airtank to begin with, but what would be the chances of finding a small tank that would fit on top of the LH guard under the bonnet for later on?[/list]
