Smoke on the 2h

Hi All
My father has just replaced the injectors on his 2h. It still blows a fair bit of smoke under load.
I suspect it could be rings or valve stem seals. Does any one else have an idea?
Does the injector pump need adjusting when injectors are replaced? To my knowledge he fitted injectors and made no other adjustments bar a new fuel filter.
Thanks

id have the pump retuned as the new injectors would be flowing much beter than the old ones. A bit of smoke out a 2h is natural especially under load. How many k's has the motor done. Start up smoke is usually caused by valve stem seals. My 2h has only done 80'000 and it smokes a bit on start up but only fuel.

not really worried with the start up smoke as it is only fuel. Maybe the pump needs doing

Blue smoke on startup - Blue smoke is oil not fuel. White smoke is unburnt diesel.
Black smoke is overfueling.
