Outer Limits 4x4 Board

hi i need some help with what rate coils i should be getting for my cruiser. i have an alloy bullbar with a winch, duel batterys and i have outback roller draws in the back. i dont want it to ride rough as guts because i got to heaver coils.
Any suggestions would be great guys
