hehe fat man lean....or turbo lean
my lux does it also
possibe reasons are: springs sagging, the fuel tank in on that side, drivers lean(fat man lean...because there is always a someone on the driverside its more likely to sag quicker...dont know if its true but hey) and also turbo lean...ur turbo is so fully sick and huge its weighing down the side of your car....
but yeah take ur pic......

not sure if you knew this but arnt springs different on the drivers and passenger side? to compensate for the weight on each side.

you just swapped em over, therefore the sagged springs are now on the other side...
The drivers side ALWAYS sags out before the passenger side- due to fuel tanks, and you ALWAYS have a driver in the vehicle, you dont always have the passenger.
The drivers front leaf pack on a hilux is 10mm taller than the others for this reason.

no matter what i so no matter what spring i swap its allways sagged on the same side its the 2nd time i have changed them over im thinking maybe the chassie could be bent or something my mate has the sme lift as me and his cruiser is sitting dead level i need to borough a set of coils to try but even if my car has sagged on the passenger side i put the other coil in the other side like swap them shouldnt it mean the other side should be lower?

Buy somecoil spacers or make some ou of rubber...you may be pinched onthe rear spring tops...make sure they are sitting right.

sounds like your chasis is twisted slightly take it to a panel beater who can check it for alignment. shouldn't be to much to straighten it. or just level it with coil spacers.

The springs on LHS vehicle are also generally designer to take into account cross fall on roads aswell....
