Whats the best way to clean Straps ?

As above whats the best way to clean straps ?
Mine are a bit muddy and just wanted to give them a clean.

Soak em in a bath tube. The missus loves it. Mate do a search for the old thread on her "how do you clean your snatch"

Just lay them out flat on concrete and hose them out, then turn over and do again untill clean. Then leave them in a shady dry place to dry.

l use the hose to get the mud out then in the washing machine then a nice clean snatch

make sure you get all the gunk that builds up round the eye. I didnt wash mine for ages and when I did there was stuff growing there.
Anyway the way I see it is that if your snatch is getting dirty then its getting used. cant complain bout that.

i take them to the laundromat and stick them in their washing machine, after soaking it for a while.

Chain it first before you put it in a washing machine. Doesnt take half an hour to untangle then. I soak for a day or so, then into the washing machine with no soap, just clean water.

I lay mine out on the footpath in front of my house, and hit it both sides with a high pressure cleaner, then chuck it in the washing machine, with no soap. I then hang it inside on a clothes horse to dry, as the sun wrecks them. Comes up clean as!

washing machine without any detergent. did it once to my old snatch with fabric softener and it came out all soft and fluffy

Be concerned about any detergents messing with the strap, possibly making it weaker...
But I could be completely wrong about that.

Exactly the correct way to do it.
Dont use any soap etc or leave in UVs for too long.
