Can you swap a 89 WT softtop dashboard into a 84 NT hardtop and visa versa?

Is the NT a 1.3?

Interested also if the electrics are the same between a WT and NT 1.3.

Yeh its a 1.3. I picked it up yesterday real cheap, its a hardtop with only a little damage so im going to take the body off the NT, swap it onto my WT chassis, then put my softtop dash into the hardtop body, swap seats too, then sell off the rest.
