Can anyone give me names/phone numbers of a business that would bent up just the hop for a cage in my Vitara in Brisbane.
Only putting in a half cage, I will weld on the tabs and arms.

whoever you get, make sure they don't flatten the tube in the bend like you see in your exhaust.

correct. you can modify a standard out of the packet die if you wanted to do it your self.......

the problem with standard dies are that they dont hug the material well enough. you can heat up a bit of 10mm solid bar and rap it around the top of the die to make the sides deeper and then simply weld it to die.

theres a million ways line the die with lead, fill the pipe with sand, buy a decent dawn die

I fixed one of my dies
like this. It works perfectly now, hasn't kinked or flattened a single bend since.

actually lining it with lead doesnt work as lead doesnt mind compressing, otherwise i wouldnt be spending my money on a dawn die...
