Pro, You dont need to run flipped rims, esp if you have more than 1 decent set of treads. My flipped rims give about 3 inches either side i think, so i cant see it any worse.

NOT talking from experiance though

these are 14 inch wide on my flipped rims. they stick out about half the tyre. My 10.5,s fit under the guard let alone the flare ( on landcruiser offset)

Nice and wide

might i ask y you need 3" wheel spacers?
what diameter tyre you wanna run?

on my rocky i can fit 37x13 boggers on standed 15x10s with a little rub
on the leaf packs.

PRO's....width

CON's... double wheelnuts
............ they come lose if you arent careful
............ excess pressure on wheelstuds

was looking at running 39.5x 15 tsl swampers.

i dont want any rub at all. mite just settle for 38x12.5 tsl's.

i asked about 3 inch cause i can get a set at a good price off here.

the rims are beadlocked 15x10's cruiser offset.

just be carefull of them coming loose. I had one of mine come loose on the road once, so then i only ran them offroad and regularly checked them. One time i had checked them then done about 30 min of medium difficulty 4by then got on a dirt road hit 70kph going round a slight bend, then boom. back wheel overtook us and becuse the drum came off as well i had no brakes. Luckily we came to a stop, still on the road.
I sold them straight away and got my rims flipped. Much safer

if you were worried about them coming loose, or if its common for them to come loose why not just use some loctite nut lock or something and torque them up
