Wanna replace the tub on the lux for a tray which I;m gonna have a go at making.
Should I bob the back of the tray after the tyres?
Why size RHS would be the go for the frame (all out of steel)?

Well, there's a whole lot of variables depending on the look and function you're after. There have been a fair few write-ups in the members section. I would suggest you have a look, keep your eyes out for a few in real life as well, and then ask your question with a clearer idea of what specific sort of tray you're after.
Just my thought on it.

Just cut my chassis back to the spring hangers and started my tray today,im using 75x50 rhs running parallel to the chassis accross the thee mounting points,at 90 degrees to that im using 50x50 rhs three lenths accross the top of the 75x50,then the final frame is out of 75x50 and mitred 45 degrees on all four corners, the roll bar runs down along side the tray and will tie into the sliders.
