Intercoolers

Ok,

will they help the engine run cooler?

Short answer Bruce. Yes.
But there is a BUT.
Is your cooling system is up to scratch? We know yours is as you've just about replaced everything on the cooling system.
Is your fueling system correctly setup? And now we get a bit tricky. Have you had the guy have a look at your pump and injectors yet? Before even thinking about intercooling that's your 1st port of call.
Does your TD 42 head have any cracking from incorrect fuelling? I hope it's not this problem as it is likely to cost big time.
The problem with intercooling is that your air is now lots cooler and denser so maybe we should just up the fuelling and boost a bit more and suddenly your putting even more heat into your engine.

yea had pump and injectors done... he had it over fueled at first, but fuck didnt it go like the powers of piss down the freeway!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but ran over 3/4, on that 27degree day few weeksn back.

so he fueled it back, and its good again.


So how fast can you make one? I got my payout now :D :D :D

yup heard lots about it, know someone who had it and it went fubar, so I'll pass...
