Do you need to use the thrust block in the gq diffs that is supplied with the air locker? Mine had a lock right in it and i looked at a standard one and it had no block in it. Have people been putting them in on gqs?

Fairly certain that the thrust block is only used in 2 pinion diffs--eg G60 H260. Pretty certain all GQ's are 4 pionion LSD or 4 pinion factory locker..

i think you use it in gq but dont in a gu ............ its same locker now, you used to have to shorten axels to put a gq locker in a gu now you just remove the thrust block

I'll have a look for my old 2 pinion center from the front and see if there is a thrust block in there for you

Well i have asked my local shops and they couldnt give me a straight answer, i thought by asking fellow 4 wheelers i would get a nice simple answer!
