Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Well i'm just the mig going again so I thought I'd make some sliders for my Zuk. Just wondering what to make them from ?

I don't have my tube notcher yet so i was thinking of going bolt on and make it from square tube.

What do you reakon ?

i made mine out of round first and didnt like the look of it that much. then made it out of sqaure and like it a lot better.

to notch pipe with out a notcher or mill, just mark out what you want notched and use a grinder with a flap disc.

Or mark it then use a metal hole saw. Take it slowly and plenty of cutting compound will give great results.
