just wondering on the width of the f-100 4x4 /bronco axels apposed to the gqs and if the diff center is off set on the rear or if it is centered on the fords

Front or rear. Some bronco's had the dana 44 TTB style front end, (IFS) so probably not much good for what you want.

i need to know both front and rear also the strength as i want to run a wide strong axel under my daily driver mk patrol

Check the front offset, think they are a passenger (LHS) offset ( dana 44 or danna 60, depending on f-truck they come off??) Rear nine inch is centre offset i think. Width i cant remember (at work sorry) but should be pretty wide.
