Hi All,
Is the Gq steering box adjustable on a power steering box?
Mine has a lot pf frre play in steering wheel and the steering wheel starts to shake badly.
I have replaced the castor bushs after trying drop boxs Didn't work, Wheels balanced differnt 35s as well still not much difference.
I have gone over the truck exetremly and am able to only find this left as a problem.
Any Ideas

Yes steering box is adjustable, to alleviate some free play, but I can't see this sorting your wheel wobble problem. To adjust steering box: Locate nut on top of steer box with slot for a standard screwdriver in the centre, loosen nut [ anticlockwise ] wind down scewdriver 1/4 turn [ clockwise ] then re-tighten nut. should be good

Not sure what "gone over truck exetremly" has entailed. Have you looked at your Panhard bushes, or steering dampner? Outside of wheel balancing, these are common causes of wheel wobble.

Putting in new panard rod bushes tomorrow the steering dampner is brand new.
I pulled the truck off the road to do 2 uni joints about 2 months ago and have done a shit load of work in the mean time spent about 4 grand and i am a mechanic so i have been doing all the work myself. I hope adjusting this and chanding the bushes will fix my prob
