Feroza Front Air Locker.

Had a loooong talk with the guys who did the rear axle / locker for my Feroza ( Total Traction Drivelines - Melbourne ) and he is prepared to see what can be done to build an air locker into a standard front housing.

Not only would we have the locker - but it will MUCH stronger than stock.
Ratio will remain the same @ 5.285

Obviously he can't guarantee anything without having a front diff to look at measure etc - but we both want to give it a go.

If its possible then I will do it, but perhaps others are interested ?

Please understand its early days yet ( havn't got a spare front diff to pull apart yet ), it may be tooooooo expensive ( air lockers arn't cheap even when available ) etc.

BUT the cost of getting two or more done at the same time would be less -so I thought i would see what the interest was.

So I am prommising NOTHING, but am prepared to give it a go.

MM, have you got any details on your rear locker? I'd be very interested to see a write up on it.

lockers of any sort are few and far between for a feroza... so any info is helpful

IIRC Mighty Mouse was running a Toyota rear diff already? Could be wrong though?

Sorry guys - murcod is right, the rear is toyota.

Whilst Total Traction might be able to do a locker for the rear ( they have my old diff so no sample required ) - my scheme is the front.
