i have a 05 triton with 2 inch suspension lift and I am currently finishing of a 2inch body lift and was wandering if there was any advice that people could give on 32 or 33 tyres. I think 33's will be the biggest i will be able to get into the guards wih no cutting. Cheers Mitch

Presuming you have 16x7" factory alloys, these fit 265/75R16 tyres - nominally 32". These are a very common size of tyre, widely available and just about every 4x4 tyre is available in this size. This size also comes with a load rating higher than most, which I equate to being a tougher tyre.

To go 33" and remain with commonly available sizes, you're looking at 285/75R16. Minimum recommended rim width for this size is more than 7", so you may have trouble finding somebody to fit them to the factory alloys. New rims is the usual solution; Patrol 16x8" alloys will fit (if you can find them) or steel rims are available for around $100 each. Last time I looked, aftermarket alloys started at around $250.
