Bundera standard front brakes

I have just bought a wrecked Bundera to use the running gear under my Sierra. The last guy bought it because it had a Commodore V6 conversion in it that he removed and put into his vehicle. I have noticed that it has 4 pot front calipers on the front. Are these a standard item or could they have been put on because of the engine conversion? I did not notice that the backing plates have been cut in any way to fit the calipers as I would have thought they had to be. The rotors are still solid and not vented. I have not yet pulled the wheels off to investigate any further.
Just want some clarification on if it is standard or not.
Cheers

Ok, so they come standard with 4 pot calipers. Thats surprising. Are these brakes any good or should I look to upgrade them if running 35" tyres? Is there anything out there that is a bolt on upgrade for these brakes?

The later 4 spots, along with the matchiing vented disks are an upgrade ..not one that you will really need under a Zuk ... but if you want to throw away money go for it ..
(Zuk brakes with 35's will pull up 35's just fine on a Zuk .. mine did for years without issues like stopping power or brake fade) ..

I have 35"s on my Bundy and it stops with no issues and my Bundy is heaps heavier than my zook.

Thanks heaps for the info guys. I would still like to look at some sort of brake upgrade though, especially getting rid of the horrible rear drum brakes. Anyone know of what can be used to replace the drums with discs? I have read of Subaru calipers but what rotors are used and how are they mounted?

Are there any Hilux disc rear axles/hubs that would fit? They are a Hilux diff if yours is the SWB 4 cyl Bundy.
cheers
