How/What to mount Tie Rod to left Steer Arm? - Do Nothing, As the Bump Steer is'nt too bad? :?

Where to buy Spring Perches? - Not from the incredible exspensive 4WD shops, such as Big Balls Offroad :x

Where to buy 6" longer Brake Lines, Also for the Proportioning Valve?

Where to buy Square U-Bolts?

What else :?:

So, Can I safely assume that no one on this entire Forum knows anything about performing a Leaf Spring over Axle Conversion? :bad-words:
Then why does it appear that some people have this Modification on their Vehicles, But no one know how?

See :D

I have a double flipped arm on the passenger side - works well for me.

Spring Perches and U Bolts - Where are you ? M&M Custom (Mick or Matt), Dave Camp (trail tough), Sam Keck (Overkill) etc

Brake lines - not sure :?

If you go spring over its a good idea to cut and rotate the knuckles to get your geometry back close to standard ;)

Also, a shacklereversal is a good idea at the same time (you may aswell if everythingis already out  )

If I bought the exspensive Spring Perches, Would there be one that'll fit where the Diff slightly intrudes for the front right?

Does Toyota sell Spring Perches? - As the front right underneith the Axle looks like it would be a good fit above.
Would a normal Suspension shop sell Spring Perches?

I think the Brake Lines should be long enough, But the Proportioning Valve Line is very close now, So I would want to get one that is atleast 6" longer. Would I have to get it custom made or do they all use the same fitting and could get one from the Parts Store?

Fat git if you want to be a real tight arse you can grind off the original
spring purches and reuse them and the diff side one will have the cut out
already done.
The brake lines can be made up by ABS or a brake specialist in your state

Go to http://www.ih8mud.com and look under 'Technical Links'. It's the closest you'll get to 'Springovers for Dummies' :finger:

you are kidding yourself right? you dont want to spend the money big balls is asking then want to know if toyota sell them. you are trying to scam your way around brake lines, all good till you take your poser rig out and snap one of at the same time your drive shaft pulls apart because you didnt want to send the $$$ there.
