my car was sitting in the drive way for abour 8 weeks while i put new suspension and stuff in it, and no when i drive it has no power in low revs.
it will shudder, and not want to drive...

i thought it was timing, but i checked that 2night with my mechanic and it was on 10deg. (right according to book) checked spark, iv drained the fuel and replaced it... also sprayed some carbi cleaner down there...

it runs alright when the dizzy is fully advanced, but still doesnt drive properly.

have new leads new plugs aswell..

also blows a fair bit of smoke under power, and uses water...

could be time for another motor... (if only this one lasted a year)

check ur float level on ya carby make sure the fuel level is at or below the line on the sight glass ass it may be having a constant drible into the throat of the carb acting as tho the choke is on ..also check ur spark lead if the leads are on the right plugs as i had the same problem just recently
if its the carby float remove it and then adjust the little brass tab the top of the float wich interacts with the needle and seat also check the little filter on the needle and seat return and supply junction and also check ur main fuel filter as if its low on fuel may have a gut full of shite

also if i drive with the choke on it isnt as bad... i think this is because it revs higher, because it only does it from idle to about 2500 -300rpm...
