Noise like a seal HAHA (not Funny) 80 Series

Have a 80 Series 1992 Turbo Diesel. The clutch had just been done and a nano second after the clutch engages it makes the noise of a seal. It lasts about 1 - 2 secs. This will happen all through the gears. The noise is getting louder every day since the change. The shop that did the work first put in a Daikin clutch, after complaining about the noise now they put in a OEM clutch. The animal noise still is there, the shop does not know what to do. They sent to a gearbox place whom can not pick the fault either. Any ideas Please

Has anyone looked under the seats yet?

I think it would be safe to say its not in the clutch assembly itself as its done it with 2 different clutches. Were the spigot/throw out bearings done too? If they were then it has to be in the box I would think. Bit hard to say without hearing it though.

Just to clarify...after you let the pedal up and the clutch engeages, it makes this noise...right??? if so id suggest it is the throw out bearing...as it comes loose on the clutch...ask if it was originally changed, and if it was changed between the two clutches...may be the new one is faulty.also, can you play with the pedal with motor running and get it to do thesame??? can you operate clutch with gearbox rotating and transfer in neutral, and get it to do it....all things that can assist with diagnostics...there is also a bearing in the crank that holds the spigot....but i dont think it would make the noise at the time you say...it would be noisy in gear with the clutch depressed to the floor...

The flywheel was skimmed. I have had the vehicle on stands and driven through all gears and no noise. I have been hard on the mechanical when it is jacked up and no noise. Jumped on all shocks no noise. As soon as I dirve the bloody noise comes. It only started when the mechanics took out the box and changed clutch. Some times the thrust bearing makes a noise, and this was replaced with new I do not understand this. Can they bend a gearbox shaft ??? Is it possible a alignment issue with gearbox Splines meshing differently ???? I heard a rumor its got to do with the transfer side. If you do not put this in same way you can get horrible noise. Have you heard of this???
