Outer Limits 4x4 Board

i just got a safari turbo system and was wanting to put an intercooler one it at the same time i install the turbo and was just wanting to see some pics on how you did it. also what size intercooler do i need. i was thinking of cutting a bug hiole in the grill to fit it. i want an intercooler that will not affect low rpm boost too much. cheers. also when putting a second hand turbo what do i need to change like turbo gasket and manafold one too. what about the head gasket will it withstand 14 psi

Mate - just read your post re plans for an intercooler. I have a Safari Intercooler to suit GQ still in box. It will suit your needs v well!! I bought it off a bloke and then found it did NOT suit GU!! Im willing to clear it for $850. I can get photos.
