What's the widest tyre I can get onto a 15x7inch sunnie rim?

I've seen 37 13.5 Claws on 7's. Legaly tho even a 32 11.5 tyre requires
an 8 inch wheel. So.....31 10.5's, 33 10.5's, 35 10.5's.....
