Outer Limits 4x4 Board

i need to buy an intercooler for my safari system for a patrol. im looking at the cheap front mount ones on ebay, for around $140. what my problem is, is in deciding how big the inlet and outlet size is. the outlet from the turbo is 2" and the intake manifold is 2.5". do i get a intercooler with 2" piping or 2.5".

what im thinking is buying the intercooler with 2" piping and then at one end buy a silicon hose that increases the size of the outlet at the intercooler to 2.5". what do you guys recon as i no next to nothing about turbos and intercoolers

stick with the 2.5inch as you wont have to fork out for the pricey flanged silicon joiners not only that it shood flow better aswell

2.5 will cause lag, go 2 inch into the intercooler and 2.5 outlet.















nah 2.5 will be fine.
