i have the 3 link calculator
i just need to know what are some good measurements

like whats a good anti-squat percentage and also what is the definition of anti squat
and like wise for roll axis angle and roll centre height

i've read a couple of explanations but don't make any sense to me

I wouldnt worry too much about the numbers. But generally lower anti squat is the best place to start. If you want to work out the numbers then something less than 70% would be good.
