HID FAQ started

Have started on the "unofficial Outerlimits HID FAQ" for HID lights. Is currently at 60k (pure text). Needs a little more cleaning up before I post what I've got for inital comments.
Anyone interested in sending anything that ya might have about lights, please do so.
