The links in the FAQ appear to be dead, and the search aint working for me.
So, can anyone tell me which order the bits for the top mount on Pro Comp ES3000's fit?
In the box I have:- shocks x2, boots x2, small metal tubes x4, rubber bushes x4 and stamped washers x4.
Any advice appreciated.

Cheers,
Jon.

The metal tube goes through the eye at the bottom of the shock. It sits inside the rubber bush, then the bolt goes through this tube.

For the top, install in this order:

Place a stamped washer on the pin, with the edges going upwards. (The dish going down in the middle)

Place a black rubber bush on top of this.

Install the shock into the top shock mount.

Place the second rubber bush onto the pin.

Place the second stamped washer over this bush, with the centre of the dish being the highest part this time.

This is crap, but you get the idea

The boots slip over the pin of the shock (before you install them!) and you push one end down onto the shock body and fasten it with a cable tie.
The other end of the boot has a small recess which slips over the metal lip just below the first stamped washer you put on.
This encloses the shaft and stops much getting into the body.

Excellent, just what I needed to know thanks.
Why is there a lower bush sleeve I wonder, there isn't one one stock shocks, is it to prevent bush damage?

Now I have the fun job of getting the 3 stage adjusters off to access the shock nuts. :?

Suspension lift went well though.
