Get a length of rubber tube and cut with a razor longitudinally. Slaz it in place and robert's your father's brother

Clark Rubber sells rubber strip that covers edges in car panel work.
It may be called windscreen edging?? I can post a pic if you like.
I has a hollow section in the centre where you push it onto the exposed edge, and the outer rubber sections cover the panel. You can get it in about 5mm, 10mm or 20mm depths.. depending on how neat you were
I bought it when i did my snorkel to finish off where the last bend entered the quarter panel.
I pushed it on, cut it to size, then removed it and used black silastic inside the rubber to hold it in place.
Its better than cutting the tube as mentioned, because the edges are straight and not rounded, so it gives a very good finish.

Yep, as said. A length of rubber channel from clark rubber, cut to length then joined in a ring with a dab of super glue.
