many places in every state sell them. if you're in vic you can try Sandy at Aus4wd or Cheesy. A few others doing them as well. and of course Ryano from qld.
they dont balance well conventionaly, however i've just heard of a product from autobalance or something like that (do a search, recent thread) that could fix all the balancing problems.
they drive fine on road. Just feels like the tyres are unbalanced (which most are).
you can make them easy enough with a few drawings sent to a laser cutter. If you want rolled edges on the outer ring i'd say buy them rather than make them.

i got a bloke that does em for $99 a 15" wheel, hes got a plasma profile cutter and makes them. come with inner and outer rings no bolts, the holes are drilled and im sure they come with anti coning rings too. not sure. can get address if you want. all you gotta do is weld them on and buy bolts and nuts and away you go with beadlocks

Bear in mind that they're illegal for road use. Not sure about internal beadlocks, but they're harder to detect

Guys
As Dave stated we can balance your bead-locked rims.
For $110 we can post to you an internal tyre balancing compound that can simply be added at home with the use of a few basic tools. Check out
www.autobalance.com.au for more info.
