can i fit 38 on a mq patrol swb

Can some one tell me if i can fit 38s on a mq partol swb i have a 4inc lift kit and i think it has a 2inc body lift.Also would i need to change any thing like my gears in the diff and i have a 3.3.ltr turbo would the engine be ok thanks
