I had this very same problem today, is the vibration only there on take off or does it come at a certain speed and is the vibration less if your in 4WD (mine was) I seemed that that the transfer was sorta stuck between 2WD and 4WD high, so it was tring to run in 2 gears I put it into 4wd Low and then pushed it back to 2wd and the vibration went away, I dont think the 4WD shifter let the transfer fully engage 2WD.

the vib is to server for additves to fix.
the vib is there no mater the gear range u select and it is road speed related 40km to 80km is the worst ,where drive the most around the town. but put the tranfer in nuetal and run threw the rev range and the vib is gone so that eliminates the fron half of the transfer and gear box i wuold asume
does any one have a good transfer that i could buy .That is known to be good?not just usumed to be good

My vibration came back today, by putting the transfer into 4 low, drive forward then back into 2wd it went away, something aint right in there, so I pulled it out this arvo and dropped it off to my mechanic for a good look around.
