just wandering if you can get exchange steering boxs for late model gq anywhere in vic

check out National Power Steering in Dandenong. I recently got a changeover p/s pump off them for $288 for a reco with 2yr warranty. Wreckers wanted $250 s/hand with 2mth warranty. Repco wanted $400 and had to wait to have mine reco'd

I rebuilt mine never again (maybe) all those bearings aarrgghh hundreds of the buggers 27 i think anyway first time i had three left over hiding on my tray then second time one left over fell out bottom of shaft third time wouldn't turn bound up inside fourth time bound fith time bound get the message eventruly got it but it was frustrating
yeah you all did it a thousand times no prob blah blah but I had the s ts with it like you would not believe but it works fine now but now i need to do the pump is it hard any one

i got a gu steering box for $300 heaps stronger than a gq box

Where did you get the the Gu box from mate that sounds like a shite hot
