This mayb mentioned somewhere else but carnt find it fast enough for me , so im going to ask . Ok has any1 here ever lifted a 90 model runna with 3 inch body lift blocks and if so how much did you have to modify ?

EG : fuel filler hose , clutch cables , accelerator cable , gearbox issues , and radiator and wiring . And if i choose to do this ow many blocks do i need and what a good brand to buy .

Cheers Grantly

I put a 2inch body lift in my 91 4runner the only drama i had with that was the fuil hose needed to be extended about an inch and as for the gear shift it was tight at first but alls well now.

Have done both a 2" and a 3"

For a 2" all you need to do is losen your steering (its a nut under the dash) this lets it slide out when lifted. Just tighten again later when finished.

No need to extend anything else, NOTHING. (except 'read' below)

A 3" on the other hand you will need to extend filler kneck, buy a steering extension (about $100 form memory) and change you top radiator hose.

'READ'
Both include the extending of gear levers.

You dont need to extend the gear stick for either unless it annoys you. 2" is perfect for me without bending of extending the gearstick. I did have to remove the rubber gearstick boot though which is std proceedure.
