12ht motor angle

What angle is a 12ht ment to sit at in the engine bay of a hj60. for some reason mine is not straight. i have checked out all the mounts and everything seems fine.
Just wondering if this is normal or what else it might be apart from a twisted chassis.

Don't sweat it Sam .... there is nothing wrong with the truck .. all 12HTs in 60 series sit crooked ... I recall freaking out when I noticed mine and thinking the same as you .. that something must be bent. But that is how Mr Toyota made the mighty beast so no worries dude.

All engines in all 60's sit a little cockeyed. The auto cad operator from the factory in Japan was still pissed form a big night out when he set up the engine/chassis jig.

there is some legitimate reason for why they cant over... its on pirate i think?
anyways no stress, they also lean backwards a little!

Ditto my 2H in my 47 troopy. first time i noticed it was when a mate told me they sit crooked so i checked, and yeah weird hey

ive never noticed mine is laying over. Very probably is but i have never noticed it.

Not laying over. They don't sit parallel with the chassis.
