I think you mean a pipe bender and they usually always come with a set of dies from 1/2" to 2" or 3/4" to 3".
Pipe is measured by its nominal bore size not its outside diameter so a 2" pipe is about 2 and a 1/2" outside diameter so a kit with up to a 2" die usually suits most people unless you want to build big arse diameter bars.

The main hoops we have bent up for a couple of GQ's and a 45 series Yota comp truck have all been 13/4" X .102 wall thickness CDW tubing. We use a slipper type tube bender not a pipe bender also. Another thing, is if you buy CDW (DOM) or Moly tubing the dimensions are all outside diameter not nominal bore.
Regards Andrew.

Just built an exo using a 32NB Dawn die. Sweet bends are easily acheivable using dawn dies and I would strongly recommend the 32NB. good size without being too big, particularly for external barwork.
YMMV

get pipe dies in 2" you cannot get tube in this size over 1.6mm wall (50.8 od) I made that mistake. if you are still keen on tube dies i'll get rid of mine so i can get pipe ones

i'll repeat it again try and buy 50.8mm tube in other than 1.6mm wall. I will sell you my vgc 50.8mm dies for $550 inc delivery just so i can buy the 48.3mm ones that you can get pipe for in several wall thicknesses!

I know im in NZ so different suppliers but...
Performance metals are listing the following products in 1020 DOM
TUBE MILD 2 X .083 50.80mm O.D X 2.1mm wall
TUBE MILD 2 X .125 50.80mm O.D X 3.175mm wall
And the following products in 4130 Chromoly (deffiantly an over kill for bars etc. and quite expensive)
TUBE 2 X .035 50.8mm OD x 0.9mm Wall
TUBE 2 X .049 50.8mm O.D x 1.2mm wall
TUBE 2 X .065 50.80mm O.D x 1.6mm wall
TUBE 2 X .083 50.8mm O.D x 2.1mm wall
TUBE 2 X .095 50.8mm O.D x 2.41mm wall
TUBE 2 X .120 50.8 mm O.D x 3.0mm wall
TUBE 2 X .156 50.8mm O.D x 3.96mm wall
TUBE 2 X .188 50.8mm O.D x 4.77mm wall
TUBE 2 X .250 50.8 mm O.D x 6.35mm wall
I think it will also be available through FABRaiCATIONS in Vic
But Bru21 is half right. ERW tube is not manufactured in anything over 1.6mm wall in 2"OD as far as I'm aware.
I am just about to order a 105 mechanical tube bender with 1.5 and 2" dies as I will be building my rollcage from 1.5 x 0.120 and 2.0 x .120 4130 moly.
I think you are on the right track with the 1.5 and 2" dies.
