I am after some tech specs on Winch motors, ideally I would like to check out the specs on a 6hp Warn motor if anyone has them I would be very appreciate of a copy to run my eye over. Also there is a 7.8hp motor out there I beleive, anyone know who makes these?
Any help is much appreciated!

So Pete, they're powerful, but RPM wise the Warn is a faster motor? Do you know what RPM the 6hp Warn motor is rated at by any chance?

no cause specs on 6hrs hard to find, but superduty 12v dont like being sped up with 24v . 24v 7.8 hrs are durable and reliable but 6hrs warn with 24v is faster .

is the 6hp WARN running 24v faster underload than the 7.8hp 24v or when spooling out ect

the rpm on a series wound moter varies with load. so any specs given are usually useless.warn 6.5 holds rpm under load better than others

i have a 7.8hp 24v motor , it is very reliable but it is a little slow . one thing with it is that it doesnt slow down much under load
