value is in the eye of the beholder, but i would suggest its worth around 12-13k in good nick.
Its an early series 80, povo pack. There are a fair few aftermarket turbo 80's diesels around now, admittedly very few with factory difflocks.
Infact, there are a lot of factory turbo 1hd-t's around for early teens now.

there's a flood of them coming onto the market about 91 - 93 vintage. I have seen them at the auctions on a week end from 8 - 13 grand for a turbo diesel GXL. Some have had a diff lock/s. A proverty pack 100 series diesel (ex energex) factory lockers, bull bar winch, cargo barrier went for 20 grand, it was a 2004 model

Early 80 smaller rear disc brakes.
you said its an aftermarket turbo, so if its a DX its a 1HZ.
good motor.
